Food was great. Location was Perfect. Hotel overall was lovely. Reception staff very welcoming. Restaurant staff very friendly.

Not sure of the ladies name that was working behind the bar but she wasn’t very pleasant. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she didn’t look happy, wasn’t very chatty or helpful and it just seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

Lovely room well equipped, good bed, electric fans supplied were barely adequate (but it was a heatwave ) Plenty of seating in the public areas. We also looked the free use of the swimming pool.

The grounds - grass areas etc looked very unloved and let the hotel down.

No aircon, heat in the room was terrible , we had 2 fans which were just blowing the heat around in the room, also 1 of the windows would not open.

Location was very nice!

We chose the hotel for the spa, Jacuzzi was not working, we were told it will be working next day, still was not in use. The room looked nice but the bathroom not very clean.
