Langstone Quays Resort, Portsmouth

The location, friendly & helpful staff.

We managed to get moved to a quieter room with ease. The manager was extremely helpful and apologetic. We were placed in a room above the kitchen and waste bins, which from previous experience was very noisy with empty bottles being thrown out into the early hours, so I asked to change rooms. We had a much better view, and ultimately a much better stay.

It had good air-conditioning in the room 177 the gym was good and the swimming pool And the staff were good especially The women who cleans the rooms

In our room, it had some big stains in the carpet and the shower wasn’t working properly and outdated And at breakfast time it was absolute chaos on a bank holiday Monday the day before was fine And was to far from beach or any town

Nice hotel on the water in Portsmouth great if looking for views and a seaside location
