Great room, although quite a walk to the room. Food was good but a little expensive Breakfast was excellent. Great parking

Room very clean , Location and parking excellent .Restaurant food was very good and the breakfast.

we noticed the chairs in the restaurant were very worn and faux leather peeling , decor in the hotel seems very dated.

Spa facilities were great and on a week of a heatwave the ac in the room was fabulous.

Reception staff very friendly The staff at breakfast sadly were very unhelpful

The hotel is in a lovely location with great views. The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The restaurant is fantastic. The food we had was amazing and every member of staff we spoke to throughout our stay was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing we were very happy with our stay.

The staff were all very helpful pleasant and polite. Excellent breakfast buffet style with a good range. Evening meal in the restaurant was also good.

The general appearance seems to have declined somewhat. The carpets leading to the room in places was threadbare. The trimming on the room table and wardrobe door was hanging off in places. Bath water would not drain away and the bathroom sink drain was broken. Also the chairs in the restaurant were in a bad state of repair.

There was no cooling in a very hot bedroom. The Bathroom extract fan was broken abd never operated
