Marshall Meadows Manor House

Given room upgrade to junior suite which was excellent. Staff very obliging and food was fantastic. Hotel position was ideal especially with access to coastal walk into Berwick from hotel.

Breakfast took about an hour owing to kitchen dealing with a wedding party. Obviously hadn't manned up to deal with extra volume

Breakfast was very good & staff very friendly.

Unfortunately we made a mistake booking the stables suite which was obviously intended for families & was very tired and scruffy.

This is the second time I've stayed here (the first was almost a year ago to the day) and both times the personal attention to detail shown by staff goes above and beyond. So much so, that I was somewhat taken aback (in a good way) to receive a personal phone call checking the details of my reservation. The rooms are well designed and comfortable and the in-room details show considered thought. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
