For a plane spotter the hotel is right next to one of the runways at Manchester Airport. The staff were extremely friendly, and the food was better than a certain chain I could mention.

"Bargain airport hotel with a spa!"

Surprisingly good for the price. A little worn but clean and amazing facilities. Such a good price so close to the airport. The spa was fantastic, what a bargain.

Very clean/tidy. Very comfortable bed & excellent shower. Decent tea tray selection for me. Food at the bar was delicious & served quickly. All staff were lovely & friendly

Reception chaps, location & room x

I did ask if we could book into restaurant on 2 occasions before proceeding with the booking. The reception staff said yes, but we were turned away by the bar staff as we didn't book All Inc. Sometimes when we stay, which is a couple of times a month we don't want bar snacks. It's seems the staff don't communicate. But we ate out this time after again being refused. I just wonder why we can't eat in tbe restaurant. Apart from that, lovely room & the 2 chaps on reception are always very friendly x
