We were not able to stay at your hotel due to excessive drunks and drugging people, excessive smoke smell and undesirable location since we are travelling with children

We could not use this accommodation we need a refund

Like we booked a room for three people they didn't tell us that their would be a pull out couch so then they had no blankets or pillows on the extra pull out couch they said it slept three online but yes perfect got a pull out couch but didn't even have any extra blankets or pillow to go with it even at hotels like lots I know actually provide it but had no coffee machine even though had a kitchenette they didn't have someone down for breakfast the next morning when we went to the Okotoks rodeo like it had a weird smell besides who has a kitchenette but no kettle or coffee machine like that's the hotel's main thing and it was damp and smelled funny paid 200 bucks to that hey if it was only 100 bucks I would understand but 200 bucks like I had the best Westen and sandman hotel and the Hilton for a bit cheaper plus had free breakfast had a bar had none damp rooms like that's crazy was so disappointed guess they jacked their prices up for the rodeo pathetic like I support people who open their own business but not to charge this much for a shitty crack house room disgusting

The restaurant appeared to be locked in the mornings. I don’t think breakfast was available.

I think the smoke detector should have bean attached to the ceiling , not hanging by wires. Was there even a battery in it? The bathroom is very dated. It’s an old hotel, but the wall was rotten and patched. Also the ancient air conditioning was very musty smelling

Loved the cleanliness, design, and convenience of location and access to my room when I came in late at night. It was quiet despite lounge downstairs

Didn't like lack of television channel choices. Basic cable was not available and found it challenging to maneuver the movie channels or apps on the apple tv

Cable TV connection was very poor.

Nothing we arrived late and it was closed so we had to find another hotel I want my money back!!!!Grrrr!!!

10 pm closing! I want my money back !!!!!!! We were depending on the check in very very very disappointing!!!! Grr kind of like American Airlines breaks guitars. For shame!
