"Excellent Location. Beautiful Clean Hotel. Lovely Staff."

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

"Disappointing how noisy this hotel was"

Good breakfast and friendly staff

Very noisy with the trains - they even provide you with earplugs. This isn't reflected in the price
