Tout e personnel est adorable, toujours là quand on a besoin sans être oppressant. Carlos est un hôte extraordinaire qui nous a proposé des superbes excursions en s’adaptant à notre rythme au jour le jour. La piscine est très propre et très agréable. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis. Nous nous y sentions comme chez nous. Le village est facilement accessible à pied ou en bateau si vous demandez à l’hôtel. Les repas sont très très bons et variés. Nous restions avec plaisir pour manger à l’hôtel et le prix est très raisonnable. Je recommande de venir au minimum 3 nuits, mais plus vous resterez, plus belle sera l’expérience que vous vivrez a Puerto Narino. Un immense merci pour cette merveilleuse expérience.

Como siempre es un lugar realmente bonito, te ayudan con todo, estan super pendientes de tu visita, te ayudan con la gestión de actividades, sus instalaciones estan muy bien para estar en la mitad de la selva, todo su personal es excelente

No hay realmente nada malo o que no me guste, solo mencionar que no hay que esperar lujos, pero es normal, es un hotel en medio de la selva!!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Carlos and Zoraida gave me such a warm welcome, I felt at home before I even arrived. Zoraida met me at Puerto Nariño and we travelled onto the hotel together (it’s another ten minutes by boat). Don’t be put off by this- Carlos arranged boat transportation when I needed it, and one time when I was in puerto Nariño and needed to get back to the hotel, there were boat taxis for only 5000 pesos (around 1 euro) to take me back. Alternatively, you can walk 25 minutes (partly through the rainforest) if you’re feeling adventurous! Staying here was probably the most connected to nature I’ve felt since I was a child. The setting is truly stunning and being on the Amazon river is a unique experience I’ll never forget. Coming back to the hotel via boat at around 5:15pm revealed sunsets like none I’ve ever seen before. The bed was very comfortable and the fan in my room kept the temperature very pleasant. Carlos also arranged a tour of a nearby village where I was able to see sloths in their natural habitats. Overall, I felt extremely welcome in this place and will remember it for the rest of my life.

Not the fault of the hotel, but as someone who is a bit nervous around insects, I did wish that the bedroom window was more substantial. It keeps big insects out but small flies can get in. If you keep the light off at night this helps a lot. I also think the hotel would benefit from a small shop or bar - I would’ve paid for snacks or drinks throughout the day if they’d been available.

Nice food for breakfast and dinner. Pool is nice and very well maintained. Rooms are basic but clean and have good protection against insects. Staff are friendly and helpful.

30ish minute walk to Puerto narino. Slightly challenging to organise tours, definitely need a good level of Spanish.

We enjoyed everything. Food, place and pool. We loved tours out to Amazon.

A bit more English from tour guides would be great. We would love a bit more information on what we see around during our trip to the Amazon. Please let people know that they will be picked up by the boat from Puerto Nariño. We did non know.
