The staff was so friendly and supported us along our stay. It was wonderful. They let us check in early in order to get ready to go to the Mundial de Salsa and that was a tremendous help to us.

the blanket (and yes I use a blanket in Cali) didn't seem recently washed, it smelled old or maybe used. Everything else was sparkling clean.

Camas muy duras, las almohadas ya están muy desgastadas, el piso de la ducha es muy liso y peligroso, bueno que tenga cortinas el cuarto ya que tiene solo blackout, el televisor un poco más grande, shampoo

En términos generales está bien todo, ubicación tamaño habitación, desayuno, limpieza es decir todo muy completo de una forma sencilla y agradable

En mi caso no tengo queja alguna,todo muy bien.
