HGO Hotel

The staff was great and very helpful. We dont speak spanish but they are very kind. We will go back for sure. They tell us also to be careful and watch out outside.

The noise outside. Maybe a duble glass window. Or put th e guest where there is less noise

The location is great. Near all kind of restaurants, medical facilities, shops, etc. Most staff were great, except for the lady in the front (forgot her name), who double charged me for some beverages, kind of slick. Everybody else was kind, and always ready to help. The hotel is small, has warm water and is exceptionally clean.

Staff were all friendly and rooms were always clean since there was house housekeeping everyday.

Nothing to complain about.

My husband had to have a colonoscopy and the hotel is located steps from the clinic.

That we were on the 2nd floor and you can hear the man at the front desk early in the morning
