Warm hospitality from all staff; important when you travel solo. Clean, great location.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Central location. Colourful decor that makes the hotel feel old and homely despite being part of a 1970s type multilevel building. Quiet room facing onto a car park.

The generous breakfast of sandwiches, fruit drinks, croissants, yoghurt etc is provided when you arrive. Would have been good to have a toaster or microwave to heat things up.

Nice place. Nice room. Central and close to main attractions. Really nice breakfast basket delivered to the room every night, good supplied.

Bathroom but non good mixer for hot water

All the room is too old

The hotel is perfectly located - it's one minute from the metro and seven from Plaza de Armas and main museums. The room was big, comfortable, and well-heated. There is a kettle in the room and a very good supply of coffee and tea. The breakfast was brought to the room, which was pretty convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing a perfect balance of care and privacy. I would definitely stay there again)

Maybe towels could be a little bit whiter. Otherwise, everything was great)
