"Hotel Riesenjunior würde ich nicht mehr buchen, das andere Hotel Hotel zum Riesen ist in Ordnung"

Die Rezeptionistin gab mir hinsichtlich Parkplatz eine falsche Info. Sie sagte dass alle Parkplätze voll wären, was nicht stimmte. Nicht Kundenfreundlich, hier werde ich nicht mehr übernachten

Lage zur Innenstadt super, Frühstück ok, alle waren bemüht

total defekte Nachtischlampe, Rezeption Bescheid gesagt, supernett, er hat Lampe sofort entfernt, Housekeeping ist überfodert. Teekocher sehr unschön Haare im Bett,leider. Service hat sich leider verschlechtert
