The hotel staff was very helpful with my requests and I appreciate their hard work.

The layout was a bit bizarre. Some of the hotel rooms are on the other side of the streets and a bit awkward to locate. The hotel room ceiling was slanted so again, a bit awkward.

The location - near train station, near bus station, near supermarket Bathroom - functioning good Cleanliness - OK

I arrived late. It was during winter, the room was too cold. The heater didn't work. I had to sleep with long pants and pullover. Unfortunately due to this cold stay experience, I cannot give the hotel a good review. Hopefully the staff can check the heater regularly during winter time.
