Super Früstück Super Lage

Location was great. The restaurant served us a delicious supper, and the bar downstairs had a nice atmosphere. The wait staff was excellent, especially Human.

Breakfast was very plain and the same thing everyday. The lady that served breakfast, and who was supposed to do the housekeeping, was absolutely terrible. Very cranky, never smiled, and a lot of sighing. She gave us towels once and made the bed once in 6 nights. Our last day we thought we had until 11 to check out and in fact it was 10. She literally forced her way into a couple of our rooms and basically kicked us out. Her, and the breakfast, is the main reason I didn't rate this hotel higher.

Room was clean

1. The internet connection was very poor, I had to find somewhere else to go and do my work on line. 2. I am 63 years old with Arthritus. I was placed in the attic and had to climb 3 flights of stairs.
