Hotel Espindola

The room faced on to the street and was extremely noisy. When I asked to move to a quieter room I was told I would have to pay an extra ten dollars. The young girl in charge of reception was unwelcoming and unhelpful and could only communicate through a translation app. and her attitude towards me was inappropriate.

I didn't immediately realise the price was a bit higher than what I booked. I was told that breakfast was included, which I wouldn't have had as I was leaving early.

I loved the location and the easy walk to the wonderful city cemetery. There is also a wonderful craft beer brewpub less than two blocks away. Breakfast was nice too!

No complaints. I liked it so much I left a review on my YouTube channel.

The cleanliness. The hot water.

Breakfast is included but I never saw an employee when I past the restaurant (about four times). There were plenty of guests eating, but I didn't have time to wait for someone to appear.

The breakfast was served hot.

The hotel is very outdated and had a musty smell. The sheets had spots on them and the towels had stains as well. There was breakfast provided; however, the silverware still had bits of food on them from before. I can stay at any hotel if needed, but for the price of this hotel, it no where met expectations for cleanliness.
