The Hot water, great location and comfortable bed.

There was no heat, although they had enough bedding to stay warm in bed. I wasn't expecting heat and knew it was going to be colder than I'm used to.

Nothing I would not recommend anyone starting here

The shower was useless the windows were ancient because the road the hotel is on all the vehicle exhaust fumes got into the room through a gap that I discovered on the morning.i was leaving Four weeks on I've just about recovered The hotel should not be on booking .com

It was the only property available in Tulcan on Booking. The staff who received me was kind. however, the hotel seems to have seen better days. Breakfast included was good.

The room was dirty, cold, old, and very expensive for what it was. Wifi didn’t reach my room. There were woman hairs under my pillow, short hairs on the bathroom walls, even a used incense stick by the toilet. The curtains were ripped, the bed covers were stained… Honestly, this might have been the worst stay not only in Ecuador but in my life.
