We arrived and the hotel could not find our reservation but found us rooms and we stayed in room 73 and 55. We paid with our credit card and left the next day, as we had reserved. A few days later they marked me as no show and I was charged again via Booking's cancelation/no show policy. I am extremely frustrated that they have charged me 2 times(once at the hotel and once via the "NO SHOW" policy - which is incorrect). I would like to request that the hotel please solve this and return me my money. It has been a month, a few calls and this is still not solved.

"Perfect stop on a long journey."

Perfect, peaceful location. Staff friendly and attentive. Simple cuisine, but wholesome and tasty. Good value for money.
