"Great location if you want to visit the center of Madrid"

I liked the location. It is really close to the Museo del Prado. The room was comfortable and clean, but a little small. In general, most of the staff is very friendly and polite. Some even suggested places to have breakfast. The hotel offers luggage storage for several days and it is very, very cheap compared to other storage locations. Also, the hotel shares a scale to weigh the luggage before departing to the airport, which is very helpful to avoid last-minute complications.

Most staff is very friendly and kind. There is one woman who works in the reception (blond hair) whose way of treating people is sullen, but we don’t take it personally because we saw that she does the same with other guests. Maybe a little bit of training could help, but not a big deal.
