Breakfast was ok.

Property is very old and need to be maintained. I have been allocated to further wing of the building which seems to be in even poorer condition. Shower was working badly too.

The view over the park was lovely.

No hot water for showers in the morning. Decor poor with badly chipped and very noticeable split sections of door facing in our room.

Had the most uncomfortable stay I was in a dog friendly room I paid extra to have my dog with me because she barked as dogs do the staff especially the the man on front desk gave us dirty looks and even the staff at breakfast made comments about the dog barking we will never stay at the park hotel Montrose Scotland again don’t go if you have a dog
