"Quiet and comfortable B&B but needs updating."

Quiet location with ample on-street parking. Comfortable beds. Great breakfasts. Friendly host. Freedom to come and go without feeling watched. Close to all amenities whether by car or tram.

A bit dated and in need of some TLC - dark and somewhat cluttered in communal areas, and stair carpet needs a deep clean. Decor would benefit from updating.

Clean comfortable bed fridge in the room owners were so approachable nothing was to much effort and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had they even have a downstairs were you can sit and bring in your own dinner with everything you need to use even a microwave
