The matress was very hard!

Location, staff and food all great as was the room. Bed comfortable to and good value for money

Phone to change times of take and it’s AI so taking away human service which is hugely disappointing. Bathroom layout was tricky as you open bathroom door and hits radiator making noise for anyone else sleeping but accept space limited but a nuisance. Waterfall shower head needed cleaning so didn’t work.

Nice room, excellent dinner and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the location very convenient for exploring the Chilterns.

The room was a little hot but cooled down once the window was open.

Everything was very clean, in bedrooms and in public areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner was well cooked and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, generous portions

Drinks were quite expensive. Stairs to bedrooms were quite steep. Stairs into bedroom were difficult for the senior member of our party and doors very heavy
