The. Staff were marvellous, very polite and friendly. The room excellent, very comfortable and very clean. The food also very good with a good choice. The hotel was right on the beach with magnificent views . The bar was very popular but the noise did not affect the room.

Very little. Unfortunately there was no lift so our room on 3rd floor as a long haul for my partially disabled wife.

The pillows on one side of the bed was on the floor making me question if it had been cleaned, but everything else was fine so I put them on the bed and carried on. But when I had a shower in the evening, the water level rose around my feet. I removed the shower drain cap, and found basically a very large mass of hair. This can only accumulate over weeks, not days. I left it out on the shower tray to highlight it.

Good food and great location

The rooms are OK and clean. The location is great.

There are not always staff at the reception. The pub is very downmarket for the price of the rooms. The building is very run down. Expensive for what it is.

From the superb location, delicious menu, cosy pub and fabulous open views across the harbour to the exceptional staff (Megan and Alex particularly fab!) The Atlantic was perfect… so much so we’ve booked our next trip there already!

Only one set of towels in the room and no hairdryer

Clean and well presented, bathroom spotless. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant/bar area. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast and restaurant view of the harbour. Comfy bed. Would like to come back for a longer non-work trip.
