Location, staff.

The bed wasn’t great, and the sash window was restricted to open only a couple of inches. If you could open the upper section of the window, to allow some air movement then it would be much better. :)

Location is excellent. Near to the pier. Our room overlooked the bay and had relaxing chairs facing the view which was lovely.

"Excellent base for a holiday in the Scilly Isles."

Excellent location just yards from the quay if arriving by ferry. The downstairs pub seems popular with the locals as well as tourists and serves good food at reasonable prices.
