Excellent location and lovely staff. Great facilities and lovely layout. Decor and carpet tired. Overall would definitely recommend.

Decor does need redoing especially the carpets.

Good choice of breakfast options. hotel in a great location in Hugh Town, near to the quay for connections to other islands with Co-op and post office very close. Reasonable choice of pub style maels in the evening at a table overlooking the harbour/bay.

Our room was generally good but did not have much of a view. The bathroom was spacious and clean and everything worked as it should. There was a broken blind on a velux window which meant it got light as soon as the sun was up. the radiator valve was missing its top so the room got quite hot at times.

Breakfast was really good, staff on the whole very good> .The location was brilliant and the view from the bedroom was fantastic

The cost for 4 nights was very high. It may help others to know a lot of stair climbing required for our room 20. We were OK but it may be helpful to know when booking.
