Great location and super room with a view.

Got a bit noisy under the open window with the chatter from the outside bar area. It didn't go on late though so it was okay.

The breakfast was excellent, good selection and of good quality. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious, particularly the fish and chips.Toiletries were of good quality and ample.

The windows in the bedroom and the breakfast room were dirty.

This hotel is in an excellent location - within easy reach of the quay for all the boat trips, but also in the centre of the small town. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent - we would especially recommend the Sunday Roast carvery. Going in March, this was one of the only places open so we had to rely on it for lots of occasions but it satisfied them all - coffee in the morning, quiet afternoons with a book, and lively with good food in the evenings. They also arranged our luggage to be taken to and from the Scillonian when needed which we were eternally grateful for!

I guess if mobility is a problem for you there are lots of stairs and corridors to navigate to get to your room - not an issue for us and they brought our luggage down for us which was great.
