The staff are all really nice. It was early in the season so a little 'learning' was in evidence as they got used to working there! Food is generally very good - but a slight tendency to overcook things

Room was of a high standard and an excellent shower room,staff were friendly and helpful and the food was of a high quality

Everything a beautiful hotel gorgeous room just all round great with amazing views and the toiletries were amazing.

The Atlantic had a relaxed and informal feel and all the staff, especially the waiters were excellent, both efficient and concientious The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice, always well-presented and also plenty of quality protein (eg salmon!). I would have liked blueberries or other berries, but there was always plenty of other fresh fruit. As the room used for breakfast had large glass windows on three sides, we always had a wonderful view of the harbour and beach. On several occasions we had our evening meal in the hotel, enjoying both the restaurant and one of the bar areas, where again you could have a lovely view of the harbour. All the meals we had were superb, especially the steak meal, and they were also reasonably priced, compared with other restaurants nearby. Our room was a good size with a huge bed and a wonderful view of the beach and pretty harbour. The ensuite had a lovely big shower. Although the room itself was on the small side, it was certainly big enough for us.

There isn't a lift and most rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor and there are several twists and turns on the way, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues or very large bags. The wash basin was a bit too small, but could not be any larger.

The room, location, view and staff were excellent. We ate in the restaurant which was also good.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr Umfangreich und auch Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war zwar Baustelle im Haus, im Sinne der Gäste muss man auch renovieren um auf dem laufenden zu sein. Sehr witzig war das die Arbeiter auf dem Dach den gleichen Musikgeschmack hatten wie wir. Die Baustelle hat uns keineswegs gestört!!!

Nichts

Lots of different aspects to sit and chill or drink and eat in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely to sit and look out at the sea. Helpful staff - allowing us to leave our bags with them whilst we went sightseeing on our checking out day.

Quirky water pressure in the bathroom - the tap had to be run for the shower to work! Once that had been explained - it worked perfectly!

The staff are friendly and everywhere is very clean
