Rooms were hot and dirty

Great location, very country hotel.

We stayed on a warn night, very hot in the rooms, no air.. None of the small lamps, or wall lights worked. On had big light in the room.

Nice restaurant and pub. Separate accommodation block well limited impact of busy beer garden.

Easy access to Harlow

Nothing to really dislike.all you need for a nice stay but some small things could do with improvement.

Basically all good although room could do with a maintenance check as faults were found in clear sight.Pub side of things were looking a little tired and the menu could have been better.

Location and good menu

Breakfast poor. No jam for toast and eggs.

Country Pub feel.

No cooked breakfast option in the morning. Ran out of produce or it had not been ordered. No eggs or sausages. So cereal and toast didn’t warrant price paid for my stay.
