Green Man by Chef & Brewer Collection

Just a one night stay for a friend's wedding nearby. The room was well decorated and comfortable. The bar staff were helpful (I needed ice to keep some food cool in my room as I was travelling the next day) and they immediately gave me a whole wine-cooler full.

Minor areas of bathroom that needed tidying up but it was clean and serviceable, so this is a small point.

The door key card every time we arrived back the card would not let us enter room being on the 2nd floor was a pain had to keep returning to the front desk

They always accomodate us according to our wishes. Very friendly staff, perfect location to visit my daughter & family. Bed very comfortable & quiet!! A great sleep!!

Car Park bit of a squeeze especially as with a Disabled badge !! Need more spaces!!

Room very comfortable and nice restaurant, bar and garden area. Reception and bar staff very efficient and friendly Despite worries about public transport, there were plenty of bus services into Harlow and thence beyond

one slight drawback was that some restaurant staff seemed a bit disinterested/distracted so that on one evening the order was wrong and one main meal was delivered some time after the other. Nothing which really spoiled our evening.
