Mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving. Mooie en schone kamer met vriendelijk personeel. Erg Hond vriendelijk. Zeker ook het advies opvolgen om het nabijgelegen strand te bezoeken. Een mooie wandeling.

L’accueil, le charme, son côté cosy, un bon repas surtout après la route sous la pluie !!!

Location - nice surroundings. Breakfast was very good.

Staff communication. On check-out, no one at reception so dropped the key in the office (also no-one there). Clean towels on top of dirty cushion/bed covering. Shower cubicle was tiny, with weird out of place shower head. Lack of hooks to hang things in bathroom. Post stay communication to sort out payment was lacking. We did not realise they had not taken payment through Booking.Com prior to our stay, so we inadvertently left without paying. They called us, we returned the call, and the receptionist had no idea why we were called. We called again later, and found out that we had not paid, so we made a CC payment, thinking that all was well. Then we later discovered from Booking.com that the Hotel had informed Booking.com that we had cancelled and were a no-show, which was wrong because we had actually stayed there and paid. We asked the hotel to inform Booking.com that we had stayed, but as yet the hotel has not done so, more than a month later. So my history with booking.com now wrongly contains a record of a 'no-show'

Lovely countryside location. Helpful staff. Well appointed room, almost a suite, with large bathroom and lounge, in addition to the bedroom. Good food. The best hotel of 10 we stayed at in Scotland.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location which was brilliant for us completing the NC500. The staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming.

Doors slamming which is loud and could hear other guests in the room next door till the early hours but this is no fault of the hotels!

We received a warm welcome. Room was lovely, beautifully decorated and clean.
