Great location, easy to get to whilst doing the NC500. The room was a nice size, nice bar area and nice areas to go and sit. Great to get evening meal and the breakfast was very good. Staff, especially the waitress (sorry I don’t know her name) she’s was engaging with some local knowledge.

We found it a bit noisy. We were on the ground floor and could hear everything from the room above and outside the room. There is no netting or blind over the window which leads directly out to garden area, we needed to keep the curtains ( blackout) closed for privacy. The en-suite was small.

"It was just an unexpected find and if I am back that way again I will stay there."

Lovely room, great view, very quiet, fantastic general ambience. Lounge with a fire, bar, grounds, good food and a garage for motorcycles. Loved it.

"Perfect for a stop over whilst on a road trip, would also work well for a longer stay."

Lovely hotel, ideal for the NC500 and coast. Warm comfortable cosy and clean. Staff were exceptional, helpful and so willing to make our stay memorable. Food and service was well above expectations. Would recommend.

There was nothing not to like.
