Lovely meal Lovely setting Had a fan in room during heatwave. Fresh paint and carpet in room.

Bathroom could be down with being done up. Hotel is very dated.

"Good location, good staff, and decent place to stay."

Got there very late, and the hotel were great in ensuring we were let in and the Night Porter was aware we were coming. and we had to head off early before breakfast, but the receptionist made sure we had a coffee in a disposable cup. Really good service. the room was comfy and all was clean and quiet.

The room was a bit warm, and could not find how to open the window. apart from that. all was good. though we did have a comedy moment with the shower, as we could not figure out how to turn it off :)
