No central heating in our bedroom and a ceiling falling in , in the bathroom

Not enough staff available those that were worked hard

1st room wasn't cleaned but gave another room which excellent

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfy bed, very. Also the room was quiet and warm.

Room was ok could have been cleaner No hot water so wasn’t ideal as we were heading out to a party

we really liked how.supportive of the dogs the hotel had. Especially allowing them to be with us in the dining area. Staff were friendly and polite. Had fresh towels and coffee every day to room. Dining room, was exceptional, and service given was very good. Food in the restaurant was very good, although breakfast could have been.far more choice. As only limited to toast, cerial and 2 hot food options.

We just felt that as we did have dogs with us, the rooms we was given didnt reflect what we saw in pictures and was very small and had water staines on ceiling and down walls. There was old paint staines from old lights on ceiling. What really let the duration.of the stay, was mainly the loss of hot water and heating. And not initially being told of the problem until we tried to have a wash. When we complained we were given portable heaters.
