"Wouldn't stay again."

Great location on the Cleveland way. Room was fine, although decor very tired.

Staff disinterested on arrival. Breakfast was inedible, cooked in a deep fat fryer, full of fat, soggy and awful. Staff refused to turn on coffee machine to make coffee. A little awkward as nowhere else to go in this location for food/drink.

"Ok for a last minute cheap place to stay"

Far enough away from Guisborough to be a nice quiet stay but close enough to only be a £7 Uber ride.

Large cobwebs hanging from the bedroom and bathroom ceilings. Breakfast was just ok.

The shower took along time to warm up and didn't have much power to it it was like a trickle
