Tamasha Hotel

There were no hot water throughout our stay. Was an overnight stay We could not take a shower The milk in the room has passed expiry date. ( I took a picture) I pointed out to staff and want to talk to Manager. I was asked to call. I called on Monday 4th August. They ask me to call again today I will have thought they will get my number to call and apologise. But no! I was asked to call again today. I really just want to have a meaningful conversation with a senior member of staff

Its quiet and clean and staff is friendly

It was a quiet place with nice people. My son and I really appreciated it.

No climatisation

The location was near our friends home, so it was convenient

There were no porters available to assist with luggage to the third floor, and the hotel had no elevator, which made access difficult. The hotel was completely empty except for my companion and me, which created an unsettling and unsafe atmosphere. This raised serious concerns about emergency preparedness—for instance, what if a fire had broken out? The room lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning, a proper closet, and a safe. Additionally, the bed sheets and towels were stained, the sink had separate taps for hot and cold water (no mixer), and the WiFi connectivity was weak. When we approached the receptionist the next morning to express our intention to leave, we were told we could do so but would not receive a refund, as the full four-night stay had already been charged at check-in. As a result, I have contacted American Express to place a hold on the pending payment
