Normandy Hotel (Near Glasgow Airport)

Reception and entertainment areas were great - the show was fantastic. The food at the event was cold, dry and tasteless. The staff were lovely, without exception.

The food at the show wasn’t great. The 2nd floor seems to be the poor relation to the rest of the hotel, which is in a better state of repair. A lot of the furniture and carpeting on the 2nd floor is stained and chipped.

Now need to pay for airport transfers which this doesnt say anywhere until you get there, paid for return transfer, called when landed on return flight to be told there was no drivers and i had to then get a taxi, taxi driver said this is vey common with this hotel.

rooms size, too tight went for breakfast at 8:50 and provisions were running out
