Good location

There was holes in the bathroom door Room was dirty Bath taps came off I'm my hand We only had half a toilet roll on our room asked for some and didn't receive any we had to buy our own. There was vodka bottles behind the sofa Our toddler scratched his leg on the shadow bathroom door ..... Very disappointed

Staff and local

Hole in bathroom door. Air conditioning was not working. Had a room stuck at 25 degrees and a fan stuck in corner. Food was terrible. And our room key didn’t work when we got back to the hotel at 1-30 in the morning took a long time to find someone to let us in .

Staff in pub and restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating. Clean sheets. Clean good sized fluffly towels.

Poor basic cleanliness. Cobwebs. How difficult is it to hover right up to the skirting board? Mugs not very clean. Only 1 tea spoon. Only 1 coffee sachet. Toilet not clean. Sink taps very loose, needed two hands to operate. No anti slip bath matt or hand rails. Lots of spare pillows to choose from but with no pillow cases! No where to put shoes or bags except on floor or dodgy settee.

The position was what was we needed

The staff were okay but thin on the ground. There was a leak in our room (22) so any other guests using this accommodation should see that this was repaired as we reported this on leaving.
