Clean facilities. Ground floor setting and step free. £10 meal voucher (used in RoadChef food eateries in adjacent building) - Fresh Food Cafe staff (serving English Breakfast) accommodated my allergen requirements

Thin walls - can hear others outside in corridor and neighbouring rooms. Was overtired when I arrived then to be woken up 3am by next door's antics

Great at reception.. felt valued and not just another customer.. was shown how to get out of the services by a hidden exit which is great. If you approach south bound come off at the services and go towards the exit. There is a sign as you past the Shell garage on the left with signs to turn left.. don't worry about the authorised only access sign. Comfortable room with great bed 🛏️ Will stay again if in the area

All good 💯 Great Two night stay!
