The room got really dark

There was dog hairs on the runner at the end of the bed and the room stank of dog really badly

The room we were was fantastic. the children loved it.

They need to have mirrors in the room.

Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable. Easy to park.

Curtains didn’t quite cover the window so we were woken very early at sunrise.

Great place exceeded all expectations

Nothing, all was great.

So we got to the Hotel about 730 pm ,we went to are room and we get in and find the carpet has some marks on it and in some places has faded. The settee and chair in the room are very dated there is brocken corners on the mirrors on the wardrobe. But as we only stopping a night we noted it but thats all . We get the menu for room service and pick up the phone and all there is is white noise. So I go to reception and order there and let them know about the phone . So the food arrived about 20.mims later And I ask the guy for cutlery and he replied you whonted cutlery ? If I'm eating some food I exspeck cutlery at the least .so 10.mins later he comes back by this time I can not be bothered to as for condements. So we eat are food leaving the salad as its a bit shriveled up. We go to bed and put on the TV This tv looks around 40" but the room is about 10.to 12.m wide so you can not see much detail. And you have to have the volume up to here it also the remote has black tap on it for a back for the battery's. As the couch is a bed to and I bleave the room my be used as a family room in witch case a back on the remote is a must . At aboutb10.45 To 11 some one was.banging on the door when I woke up and ask whom .its was .He says you won't water I say no and he go's. At 1 30 am the phone in the room rings aboutb8btimes and there's a flashing red light on it I get up and drees and go to reception to find out what's happening The guy on the desk says sorry . The venue is a lovely building but has been let to get run down ,the staff apology but the staff on.at night make a.lot of noise in the hallways as thay do stuff . I have told the Hotel.all this and are awaiting a respons thay say will be some.time this week . We will see.
