Fabulous location and very friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and a great shower.

Room needed more storage. We were okay for one night, but there were no drawers, limited hanging space, and no coat hooks. Also limited space in the bathroom.

The room was much smaller than stated. It was very noisy next to an extractor outside the window. The bedside light didn't work. The shower didn't drain and my feet were completely emersed and it nearly rose above the tray. The entry door showed the hall light all around it at night. Can't be fire/smoke proof, did not feel safe.

We loved staying here at The Beverley. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We loved having the pub downstairs. It was a great choice for dinner upon arrival after a long flight and a bus ride from Heathrow. Breakfasts were great in the pub, as well.

Street noise bad. Entrance and stairway tired
