Location was perfect. Hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful

If I was to say anything negative at all it would be…there is no lift but it’s an old building and we didn’t expect it to have one so it didn’t matter to us but it may be a problem for some.

"It's a lovely place. I would definitely love to come back even with the fiddly door key!"

Fabulous location over the square. Great room. Very clean, traditional room. Access to fridge very useful.

These are small things which shouldn't deter as the place is lovely! The keys to the door were a bit fiddly, which wouldn't have been a problem except for the fact that the corridor was dark and the key hole is obscured under the door handle which this made it difficult to see to open without crouching down! Maybe an extra socket to plug in kettle over the desk? Us brit love a cup of tea.
