Granary Villa

Luckily went to check in late afternoon only to find room had supposedly been double booked but no other residents were present offered a 'box' room with not even a proper sized double bed. The man who claimed to be the manager claimed to phone the owner who supposedly gave permission to find us alternative place to stay initially suggesting a travel lodge! Eventually ended up in Bed and breakfast which cist slightly more which they paid but no offer of a refund. The whole thing was a TOTAL SHAMBLES!!

That my daughter just had a Z bed, and that there wasn't a sofa bed as specified on the booking.com site

Was in a good place

I liked the shower it was lovely.

The bed was a small double so was quite small for 2 of us. The toilet seat needed attention too, it was too small, needs a new one.

Newly updated rooms, all well appointed and fitted, has everything you need. Bridal suite had nice four-poster bed, clean and comfortable, and 2 nice large windows. Nice to have communal kitchen with fridge (and cooking options).

Bridal suite room was a little smaller than I'd hoped - the listing on Booking.com didn't provide enough photos, but after I'd booked I found more pictures elsewhere - description said it had a seating area (I was expecting a sofa), but it was just a desk. Shower didn't drain effectively, so the bathroom floor got quite wet. By a country road, so has background noise of passing cars. Had to phone the place at check-in, as there were no instructions or bell for getting in otherwise.

I can not fault this place it says 1-10 on how i would like to rate it. I would give it 11 out of ten staff are so nice and truly amazing when you need help with anything really made my stay so easy for me even when I had to leave they still went above and beyond to help make things easier for me. Honestly can’t fault the place

Nothing at all

The room was really clean and comfortable. A big effort had been made with tea and coffee facilities in the room and downstairs in the shared kitchen space. I had a friendly welcome and a special effort was made to accommodate my dietary requirements for the self-serve breakfast. I will definitely go again if I need to stay in that location in the future.
