The hotel was tired looking and shabby. The staff were totally disinterested and not attentive at all.

Lovely staff and a nice bar.The breakfast was lovely and good value.

Parts of the hotel were very scruffy and the room was very dated.The soap and body wash dispensers didn't work.

There were not enough staff to accommodate the amount of customers. The rooms were very hot and the shower in our bathroom caused a lot of mess when turned on (like an out of control snake lol)

It was fairly quiet

It had smashed window and no fan or aircon

Freshly cooked breakfast - not buffet style.

No evening meal due to private function. Bathroom fittings were loose. Had to remove cistern cover and hold the ballcock to get sufficient water for the toilet to flush properly.

The staff told us we would be reimbursed for one of the nights due to how terrible the room was. And the t v did not work even when they tried to fix it.
