Brilliant location

Fairly noisy

Location was great room was spacious and very clean

The bed was a little small. It was a double but could have done with a king. The mattress was far too soft. The room smelt of the Nepalese down stairs

The hotel was clean and appealing, and the room was spacious. Lovely view from the window, and great central location.

There were only 2 pillows, both very flat and offered very little support. The bed was a wooden base which squeaked badly when turning over. The window is single glazed, and although the roads aren't busy, when traffic did go past it was very loud. The walls of the room are so thin - I heard every door open, footsteps echoing along the corridor, I could even hear the people in the room next to me using the toilet! And their TV may as well have been in my room for how well I could hear it.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Oakham, a reasonably priced car park just down the road. Self check-in was very easy. Room was a good size and looked well maintained and clean. Everything great for a two night stay.

The room itself was very warm and there was some road noise and church bells early morning which woke us up.

Location, room wasnspotlessly clean, good size and well equipped, good shower and plenty of hot water.

Quality of mattress, was a bit lumpy in places. Manageable for one night (at least for me), in respect of the overall room the fixtures and fitting are good, mattress felt cheap and could make a massive difference with a bit of investment.
