Stayed here many times very convenient. I stay on business but ideally suited for sight seeing

Well equipped room with tea and coffee making facilities. Wardrobe and storage unit.

Despite asking in a booking request for a room with accessible shower, we ended up with a room with a bath. This caused us a few issues with bathing for my partner. However, we managed to work around it to some extent.

Self Check In easy. Staff pleasant to talk to if you see them. Clean and comfortable.

Part of the corridor had an unpleasant smell. Perhaps drains. Was had to tell. No problem in the room though. Would be good to have a mirror in the bedroom and not just the bathroom.

The staff were friendly in the restaurant but other than having a meal there we wouldn’t have seen any staff. Entry and Exit was self service. The room were spacious and the shower good.

The wi fi code was different on the information sheet in the room than on the email sent prior to our arrival. There were hair driers available but were on a unit outside the room. It would have been helpful if this was made clear on the information sheet, as I only found it after spending 1/2 hr drying my hair sat next to the fan😂. The bathroom door didn’t shut.

Very clean and basic. No frills but price was on point.

For some reason, I could not access the WiFi from my room.

Excellent stay here and always quality rooms and service. Left an item behind and they were helped send the item back to me in the post. Thank you so much and look forward to staying with you again
