The stuff are very lovely and helpful

Property is the middle of bath town, which is pretty good for exploring and shopping.

The room was too small. Didn’t had any cupboards to keep the bags and stuff.

Non era specificato chiaramente che la stanza era cieca, senza nemmeno una finestra. Saremmo stati più felici nell'averlo saputo precedentemente all'ingresso nella stanza. Bagno in camera con poca privacy.

The environment was serene, the staff were lovely and so willing to offer guidance. The place was absolutely clean. II found it so easy to walk to the city centre. Would definitely stay in Z hotel, on my next visit to Bath. Keep up the good work.

Que enviaran a alguien a mi habitación del personal, sin haberlo pedido, quien abrió la oferta y yo estaba dentro. Tampoco me gustó que la habitación tuviera una de las toallas usada dentro.
