It was a great location the view from our window was lovely. The room was spacious, clean and a comfy bed.

We paid for lunch in the pub. Was pretty good and fairly priced

The room was very warm at night and did not have air conditioning and the 2 small windows did not provide enough ventilation. This is obviously is only a problem when the weather is hot, so if I anticipated hot weather I’d book elsewhere tbh. We had booked 9 months previous to our visit and didn’t know about the lack of air conditioning etc.

Good location, lovely room and a very lovely breakfast, with friendly staff

Bed was really comfy. Location was quiet and the walk to Lincoln was lovely along the canal.

Think the charge for breakfast was high, once we saw the menu option, we would have preferred to just pay for what we wanted to eat.

Fan in the room was very welcome

Breakfast was very average especially for the price which was more when booked in advance than paying on the day
