The accommodation was very quiet & in a great location. Would definitely stay here again

The sink & shower took ages to drain I was frightened to open the shower door incase it flooded the bathroom. The cushions in the chairs outside cognition were left out , I had to change out of my clothes because they got wet

We have stayed here many times when we have something on in Lincoln. Its lovely and quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious. A lively sit near the river if its nice. A 20 to 30 min walk into Lincoln on the tow path. Breakfast was lovely this time sat outside the new cognito restaurant. Also free parking.

A bit disappointed there wasn't a choice of fruit or cereal along with our cooked breakfast, buts it's not really a big deal. The breakfast we had was cooked to order and very nice
