GBVenue was ideal and it gad places to sit and relax in. Loved the steam room etc.
My toilet was broken and although it would not flush it was running water all night. Spoilt my stay but I guess it's just one of those things and I expect someone will sort it after I left. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night otherwise I'm sure I could have moved rooms.
GBStaff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable.
The pictures make this hotel look a lot nicer than it is hotel was overpriced but we also did not know there was the royal regatta on at the same weekend. The hotel, rooms, decor and furniture are all dated.. the outdoor pool area did not look appealing. We did not check out the indoor pool as it was closed during the times we were at the hotel. Our room was at the back and had a few of a power generator and some storage. No modern TV either. Overpriced for near £200 a night..

Everything was very good, lovely room. Very pet friendly to our cocker spaniel. Couldn't fault anything in the 3 nights we stayed.
Excellent, friendly, old-fashioned in the best sense. Great to have home cooking, including home-made granola for breakfast. Would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing time.
GBWe thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here, we booked a sea view room which had beautiful views over the front of the hotel and the sea beyond. All of the staff were friendly, lovely good value restaurant which we ate dinner in twice (£30 for two courses) the food was delicious and well presented. We also took our cheeseboard up to the bar both nights to play some chess. Lots of board games were available too. We didn’t use the outside pool due to the weather but the inside pool with sauna and jacuzzi were lovely. Was rather busy on the Sunday when we arrived but was rather quiet Monday night. Would absolutely go back, great location to sea and Dartmouth.
They don’t serve lunch during the week, I think they do snacks at weekends maybe, but on Monday we went into the village to get some food and found only one restaurant open luckily the food was delicious (a very cute Italian) but otherwise you definitely need to drive somewhere to eat! One night I asked at the bar for an old fashioned and the bartender didn’t know how to make it, he kindly said if I gave him the recipe he would make it but I instead asked for a straight spirit. Seemed to be only one member of staff manning the front desk as well as the bar. Very kind and lovely people but not a proper cocktail bar.

We stayed here for three nights for a little holiday to celebrate our engagement. Hotel was lovely, we were given a room with a sea view and it had a very comfortable bed. We only had breakfast on the first day as we were out and about exploring but it was very tasty with lots of variety. We used the indoor pool and jacuzzi which were both excellent. Big shout out to the staff who were all amazing and helpful, especially Louise. If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Dartmouth I would highly recommend Stoke Lodge. Hope to return soon.
