The staff were so friendly , and our room was clean and bed comfy , the b.fast was very good .

The location was perfect, right next to the bridge and harbour. The building has so much charm. There was a lift as well as stairs. My single room was spacious, with a lovely pink tiled bathroom. It was very private. I was delighted with it. It was all absolutely spotless. The bed was memory foam and very comfortable. It all felt wonderful. The staff were so helpful at the front desk. It was so easy to book. I had to come in late at 11.30 The porter unlocked the door and was very courteous. The breakfast was amazing, it had everything! The lady serving me was incredibly freindly and welcoming and could not have been more attentive. In the morning the front desk asked me how I enjoyed my evening and were so pleased that it was all a huge success and I loved their smiles. It was great value for money.

I was very happy

Location is good, but our room was on the side road which seemed to be noisy with comings and goings. Not too bad but you couldn't sleep with the window open. Staff are great, so friendly and helpful, especially Sarah. Bike storage facility is brilliant. No trouble at all to them to accommodate us.

Breakfast was bland. Not terrible but just bland tasting.
