Location, friendly staff, cleanliness of rooms and communal areas, breakfast, reception staff, onyx bar, entertainment nightly EVERYTHING

Breakfast should go on till 10.00 AM Monday-Friday not just weekends. Full length mirror needed in rooms.

Ideal position for all facilities in Weymouth Very clean and all staff very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't enough electric plugs in bedroom.

"Would definitely stay there again, but i would probably ask for a room at the back of the building"

location of hotel perfect being on the quay side amongst the shops.. Breakfast cooked fresh and great to be able to chose off menu

The bedroom floor boards were a nightmare due to creaking loudly (neighbours)..And most of all was the noise from the high street ..Had to close windows on the hot days i was there... Room had no fan extraction...

The location was spot on. The staff were warm and friendly and very efficient. It was all very clean.

The mattresses were harder than we're used to.
